Click the 'Shop' tab. Select an item to order and place in your cart. From your cart, select 'Checkout'.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You may use your credit card safely through our secure server. For all online orders, D&T will try to ship within 24-48 hours, except for orders placed on Friday and  Saturday.

 

D&T Otteson Turquoise uses USPS Priority 3–5 day mail for a flat rate and up to 70 pounds for US shipping. For International shipping, Prices may Varie.

Return and Exchanges

In the rare instance that someone needs to return something, D&T Otteson Turquoise would prefer to work with you on an exchange of product or an in-store credit. By using the exchange program or receiving an in-store credit, you can avoid a re-stocking fee of 10% of the final sale. If inventory is returned, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred to return to D&T Otteson Turquoise. Refunds, returns, or in-store credit will not be distributed until purchased product is returned to D&T Otteson Turquoise. Please contact D&T Otteson Turquoise to arrange returns or exchanges.
